By now, we all know that Toby Jones who plays Claudius Templesmith [in The Hunger Games] also was the voice of Dobby [the elf] in the Harry Potter movies. We don’t know much about Claudius, but Dobby is one of our favorite characters! So try to imagine Dobby say, “You shall not harm Peeta Mellark!”
We LOVE Dobby! Anything in that voice sounds heartbreaking! And there’s no doubt that he would’ve protected Peeta [just like he did Harry]! Credit goes to hgisawesome!
