A few more interviews from Comic-Con have surfaced, these ones conducted by Germany’s High5. Watch as Josh Hutcherson shares what his advice to Peeta would be concerning Katniss, Jeffrey Wright reveals he has become ‘cool’ in the eyes of his children, and Francis Lawrence admits that shaky-cam just isn’t his style AND that the scenes in the arena are approximately an hour long!
Despite the fact that Yahoo! had apparently jumped the gun and shown the new The Hunger Games: Catching Fire trailer online before those in Hall H got to even see it, it didn’t downplay the fact that we got to see the cast (and some even got to meet most of them and get their autographs). Frankly, even if they didn’t show up for a panel, there’s no doubt that people would’ve gone to see the film.
Thus, we’re happy that Lionsgate was gracious enough to allow not only for signings from the supporting actors, but for the panel itself (which was not present at last year’s Comic-Con). Check out the photos after the jump to see the cast: Jennifer Lawrence (Katniss Everdeen), Josh Hutcherson (Peeta Mellark), Liam Hemsworth (Gale Hawthorne), Willow Shields (Primrose Everdeen), Lenny Kravitz (Cinna), Jeffrey Wright (Beetee), Jena Malone (Johanna Mason), and director Francis Lawrence.
Extra interviewed the stars of The Hunger Games: Catching Fire during Comic-Con and compiled a few of them–Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson, Lenny Kravitz–in this video. Pay close attention around the 2:30 mark when Jen “videobombs” Jeff Bridges with some serious fan-girling! It’s 100% adorable!
